How do I know if I am a good candidate for rhinoplasty?

What does rhinoplasty surgery involve?
Dr. Lefkovits will begin by giving you a local or general anesthesia. Then, the skin of your nose will gently be moved away from the nasal cartilage and bone. The cartilage and bone will be sculpted to give your nose the desired shape. Small incisions are made inside the nasal cavity as well as along the base of the nose.
What will I look like after my nose surgery?
You will have black eyes and your cheeks will be swollen immediately following your nose surgery. This may last for several days. Eventually, the bruising will fade away. However, minor swelling around your nose may persist for weeks.
