If you decide that you are comfortable after the initial phone conversation, schedule a consultation at the office. Your next step is to see how you feel about the plastic surgeon. Does he or she make you feel comfortable? Does he or she take the time to answer your questions and pay attention to your concerns?
Be sure to bring a list of questions about the procedure. This should include asking the surgeon his or her training and work experience, the pros and cons of the procedure, and ask if you can see before and after pictures of previous patients.
